My account is suspended / temporary banned


I am been playing this gameloft online game for about 96 days up to date till gameloft send me a prompt message that my account is temporarily banned because of some suspicious activities in my game account. I think GL had banned me wrongly and I wanted to complained through their technical support webpage. I wish to state here whereby i am a player who played this game fairly and squarely and under no circumstance that i have cheated or hacked this game. My game profile name is James THE HAJAR STRIKER TEAM. I also cannot access their webpage for 2 days since 26 Jun 2014 to log a complain to have GL activate my game account back. Please help me on this matter. Your kindness will be much appreciated. Regards
